As I start my journey of internal healing, I decided to give therapy a try. I am learning there may be more going on that is far out of my control therefore I plan to take steps to heal myself and mind while dealing with complicated life matters.

This is the start of Day 2 for a new era for me. I am in the midst of heartbreak and trying to take it one day at a time.

Fresh into heartbreak I am starting a new chapter where I hope to find pieces to rebuild my life and myself.
